The Product Manager AVEVA ERM & Construction will treat the Material-to-construction flow as a product that must be optimized for speed, cost, and "Digital Continuity."

1. Define Digital Product Strategy & Roadmap
The Digital & IT Product Manager defines and evolves the product to serve clients efficiently while ensuring long-term viability across the product lifecycle.
Related Activities:
Take ownership of the scope of products across the DDS organization.
Define the overall product strategy and vision, addressing business stakeholders and solution owners.
Define yearly technical roadmaps aligned with overall business roadmaps and domain roadmaps.
Prioritize features and capabilities based on value, impact, and feasibility.
Provide a timeline to oversee product launches and updates while prioritizing backlogs.
Analyze market trends and competitors to adapt features to demands internally.
Present roadmap and strategic direction to the Domain Manager and validate trajectory.
2. Pilot Financial Envelope & Performance Management
The Digital & IT Product Manager is responsible for maximizing the financial success of their product(s). This includes optimizing the overall profitability, improving efficiency while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Related Activities:
Own and manage the product budget, covering operating costs and cost allocation models across business entities.
Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to analyze product performance.
Licence management, including their usage rates tracking
Drive initiatives to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency
Collect and analyze user satisfaction insights through surveys, feedback, and usage data if possible.
3. Own the Product Engineering Design & Delivery Management
The Digital & IT Product Manager ensures end-to-end product design and delivery in alignment with strategic objectives, quality standards, and agile best practices.
Related Activities:
Leverage technical guidance from the Architecture and Integration and Technical Solutions team to make optimal technical choices for the products: platforms, scalability, integrations.
Synchronize product release cycles with customer priorities and operational readiness to ensure smooth adoption and maximum value delivery.
Lead product retirement/obsolescence decisions and ensure communication change.
Produce and maintain release notes and product documentation.
Support the rollout of the product by helping define training materials and change management strategies to ensure high user adoption.
4. Drive Cross-Functional Team Coordination and Project Management
The Digital & IT Product Manager coordinates and aligns cross-functional teams for project and operational excellence, and when relevant leads projects.
Related Activities:
Collaborate “daily” with the Solution Owner to ensure the product supports its functional intent, and jointly decide on trade-offs between "speed to market" and "technical robustness," ensuring short-term wins do not compromise long-term stability.
Engage in early discussions to validate that business requirements are technically feasible within the current infrastructure and Group safety, cybersecurity standards.
Acts as the primary translator between the business/users and IT.
Orchestrate and align technical contributions from cross-functional teams including Experts teams, Architecture & Integration, Operations and Software Factory teams.
Acts as Project Manager when relevant (upon Domain Manager decision)

Education & Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience & Domain Knowledge
- EPC Industry: Minimum 7+ years of experience within the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction sector.
- AVEVA Solutions: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on exposure to AVEVA ERM or AVEVA Workpacks.
- Finance: At least 1+ years of experience with finance and operational controlling processes.
- Multi-Domain Literacy: Solid understanding across Engineering, IT, and Business domains.
Technical Expertise & Specific Knowledge
- AVEVA Expert: Deep functional knowledge of AVEVA ERM, specifically the Procurement, Warehouse, and Planning modules. Additional experience with AVEVA Workpacks is highly desirable.
- Integrated Engineering: Strong familiarity with how E3D and 1D/2D engineering data integrate into ERM environments.
- Process Mastery: Comprehensive understanding of the EPC project lifecycle, with specific focus on Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) and Completions/Commissioning workflows.
- Digital & IT Life Cycle: Practical grasp of the full digital solution lifecycle (planning, building, deploying, and running IT applications).
- Control & Data Governance: Solid working knowledge of project financial controlling, operational controlling, and data management.

- Product Management: Proven experience working successfully in "Product-Led" environments.
- Leadership & Influence: Strong ability to influence diverse audiences, align stakeholders, and build professional networks.
- Strategic Communication: Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to translate a global vision into execution. Comfortable engaging with technical experts while maintaining a strategic overview.
- Execution & Delivery: Excellent organizational skills with a track record of delivering initiatives on time and within budget.
