At our dental laboratory, we manufacture custom-made dental prosthetics that change lives every day—and you can help us make a difference!
As an Order Entry Specialist, you’ll be the critical first step in our production process, accurately reviewing prescriptions and entering digital or analog cases into our lab system. This fast-paced role requires high energy, a positive attitude, typing speeds of 45–55 WPM, sharp attention to detail, and the flexibility to work some overtime as needed to ensure every case is crafted accurately and on time.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9-5:30 (with overtime as needed)

Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma, GED equivalency, or currently enrolled
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently, a must
- Knowledge and/or experience with Dental terminology preferred
- Dental lab or dental office experience preferred.
- Prior order entry, case review, invoicing, or administrative experience preferred.
- Must be dependable, organized, and accuracy-focused.
- Strong computer skills
- Strong people skills, clear speech, good grammar, and pleasant phone presence
- Ability to work collaboratively between departments
- Must possess a positive attitude and work well in a team environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
- Reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional when dealing with all types of people
- Enter digital/analog cases into the lab system accurately and timely.
- Review prescriptions, doctor notes, scans, models, photos, and attachments for required information.
- Verify case type, material, shade, due date, tooth numbers, restoration type, and special instructions.
- Identify missing, unclear, or conflicting information before releasing cases to production.
- Communicate missing information or concerns to Customer Success, QC, or leadership as needed.
- Ensure digital files are attached and routed correctly.
- Ensure all case entries for the day have been entered.
- Maintain accuracy, organization, and consistency in case entry.
- Support production by ensuring cases are entered correctly the first time.
- Ability to understand and apply procedures and work instructions for areas of assignment
- Ability to understand and follow requirements of the quality system procedure as defined in standard operating procedures and work instructions
- Safeguard and protect confidentiality of company and patient information as defined by the company’s Confidentiality Agreement
- Follow all safety requirements and wear appropriate PPE as required
- Understand how one’s performance can impact the success of the organization and product quality
