Cloud Project Manager
Remote in Italy, with regular visits to our Turin or Concordia sulla Secchia office when needed
Topcon Positioning Group is looking for a Cloud Project Manager to join our Cloud Software Development team and help drive cloud modernization, platform transformation, and software delivery across global teams.
At Topcon, we build technology that helps customers develop infrastructure and grow food more efficiently and sustainably. In this role, you will coordinate high-impact cloud and software projects that support the industries building and feeding the world.
What you will do
- Lead cloud and software development projects from planning through delivery, ensuring clear scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate cross-functional work across Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, Product Management, business stakeholders, and external partners.
- Drive cloud migration, modernization, integration, and platform transformation initiatives.
- Support technical conversations around cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, infrastructure, security, and modernization strategies.
- Provide clear project reporting, stakeholder communication, and delivery governance across distributed international teams.
What you will bring
- 5+ years of experience managing software, cloud, or technology projects.
- Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform environments.
- Experience delivering complex cross-functional projects involving cloud platforms, integrations, or modernization initiatives.
- Confidence working with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with fluent English.
- A degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, SAFe, AWS, Azure, or similar certifications.
- Experience with cloud migration, legacy modernization, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Exposure to AI-assisted development, IoT, connected devices, or software-hardware environments.

- Competitive salary package: €45,000–€65,000 gross annual salary, based on skills and experience, plus an annual bonus linked to individual and company performance.
