Product Application Engineer

The role focuses on the product application and evaluation. The responsibilities include but not limited to: 

• Contribute to the whole product develop procedure. 
• Develop the hardware circuit and software programs for the products evaluation and application. 
• Develop measurement, characterization and qualification plan and implement evaluation system 
• Silicon functionality and performance characterization on evaluation bench.
• Analyze, debug and resolve problem for bench evaluation and different customer’s applications. 
• Generate evaluation reports and work with other function team to generate datasheet, user guide, etc. 
• Support design, ATE test and FAE with problem diagnosis and trouble shooting. 

Requirement: 

• MSEE in EE or related majors 
• Experience in any of below is a strong plus 
  • Power/High Side Driver/Moto Control/ADC/DAC 
  • Function safety 
  • Python/Labview/AI tool 
  • Understand IC evaluation and performance specification measurement theory and technique 
• Familiar with common instruments such as signal source and oscilloscope. 
• Self-motivation, good team player and communication skills. 
• Good English speaking and writing skill. 

 

Qualification & Requirement

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or an equivalent professional qualification

• Less than 2 years sales experience(Broad market experience is preferred) demonstrating success with strong selling, differentiated outputs and business planning skills

• Experience in the semiconductor market and insight of the wide industrial market such as instrument, automation, healthcare, energy, defense, automotive and communication 

• Experience in technology sales and working with distribution partners

• Highly motivated, energetic and positive attitude required

• Team player and ability to adapt to environment

• Self-motivating and taking initiative

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Proficiency in English skill of speaking as well as writing
