Internship – Global Finance Retail Banking (Private Banking & Wealth Management)
As an intern within the Global Finance Retail Banking team, you will support the Private Banking & Wealth Management finance function in delivering high-quality, data-driven insights to senior stakeholders across multiple countries. You will gain exposure to the financial performance steering of one of the bank's key global business lines and contribute to initiatives that support strategic decision-making.
You will play an active role in the preparation, automation, and enhancement of monthly management reporting, leveraging tools such as Power BI to improve reporting efficiency, transparency, and analytical capabilities. Working closely with experienced finance professionals, you will help transform complex financial data into actionable insights for management.
What you will do
- Support the preparation and analysis of monthly management reports for the Private Banking & Wealth Management business.
- Assist in developing, maintaining, and enhancing Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Analyse business performance, identifying key trends, drivers, opportunities, and risks across countries and business segments.
- Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and planning activities by gathering and validating financial data.
- Help improve and automate reporting processes to reduce manual work and increase data quality.
- Participate in ad hoc financial analyses and business cases.
- Support the preparation of presentations and management materials used in senior leadership discussions.
- Assist in ensuring the consistency, accuracy, and integrity of management information and key performance indicators.

Who you are
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Econometrics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in financial performance management.
- Comfortable working with large datasets and translating data into meaningful insights.
- Experience with Excel is required; familiarity with Power BI is a strong advantage.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a dynamic international environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders from different backgrounds.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
