You work in Mondelēz International Digital Services, providing front-line support in your area of responsibility, guiding employees through specific processes and working with others to direct and resolve issues and enquiries.
How you will contribute
You will serve as the first point of contact for questions relating to your process area of responsibility, providing high-quality and timely customer service and ensuring that all requests are fully understood. In this role, you will work within service level agreements, communicating when cases are escalated. In addition, you will be responsible for the accurate collection of case details and employee data, provide general information on policies and procedures, and answer questions based on FAQs. You will also be asked to provide feedback and propose improvements in your area of responsibility and to record and track cases in the case management system, assigning a severity level and following through to ensure that cases are resolved and that service level agreements can be measured and improved. This role requires you to comply with quality assurance and data protection activities.

We are hiring an HR Executive to support our Head Office Sales function. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you will work closely with sales managers and teams to deliver day-to-day HR support while contributing to people initiatives that drive engagement, retention, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with sales managers on people matters, including employee engagement and all people processes.
Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle for the sales team — onboarding, confirmations, role changes, exits, and everything in between.
Drive employee engagement initiatives tailored to a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.
Manage the performance review cycle for the sales function, including goal-setting support, calibration coordination, and submissions on the system.
Support workforce planning, headcount tracking, and hiring coordination in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team.
Analyse basic HR metrics (attrition, engagement scores, absenteeism) and present insights to sales leadership.
Coordinate learning and development needs for the sales team, working with L&D and Sales Enablement.
Assist in rolling out org-wide HR programs (DEI, wellness, rewards & recognition) within the sales function.
Contribute to policy interpretation and ensure consistent application across the sales org.
Qualifications
Bachelor's/Post Graduation degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Atleast 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a business partnering or generalist capacity.
Prior exposure to supporting sales, commercial, or revenue teams is strongly preferred.
Good understanding of sales team dynamics
Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with managers and employees.
Comfortable working with data and HR systems to pull reports and identify trends.
Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
Nice to Have
Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday).
Exposure to working with senior stakeholder in the partner functions.
