About the project: 

Our team is part of Data & Reporting Apps Cluster.  

We support the work of Key Area Finance by delivering IT solutions — building, developing, and supporting IT applications for accounting, controlling, and reporting. 

With systems created by our team we are meeting demands which cannot be covered by off-the-shelf products. We develop and maintain applications which provide planning, analysis and reporting functions. Working closely with business, we can quickly adapt these solutions to current regulations and needs. 
 
What will you be doing? 👇 

• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs, challenges and opportunities for improvement 

• Working in an agile environment with cross-functional and international teams on functional and technical requirements 

• Translating business requirements into clear concepts, user stories, acceptance criteria and implementation-ready specifications 

• Using your technical and functional accounting expertise to discuss requirements with business users and developers 

• Testing and evaluating the result of implemented solutions 

Which technology & skills are important for us? 👌 

• Experience in international accounting and/or controlling

• Basic SQL knowledge and a willingness to develop expertise in the database area 

• Financial background in accounting and/or controlling

• Strong analytical skills, as well as structured and methodical work 

• Handling, analysis and preparation of larger data volumes 

• English language

• German language skills would be a plus
