Legal Consultant – Fresh Graduate

Role: Legal Associate

What you’ll do 

• Advise clients on the legal requirements for business laws and regulations focused on doing business in Thailand such as Foreign Business Act, Treaty of Amity between Thailand and the US, BOI and licenses

• Provide legal advice on corporate and commercial laws, SEC and SET regulations, and represent the client at shareholders’ meetings of private and public companies to ensure that meetings proceed according to the law

• Support a team of lawyers regarding legal strategies and solutions for client legal issues as well as new business development for corporate and commercial contract units

• Draft, review and comment on any commercial agreements including representing clients in negotiation on legal issues
   

What you’ll bring 

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Law

• 0-3 years of related experience in a professional consulting firm

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English

• Strong time management and project management skills

• A ‘can do’ attitude, enthusiastic and energetic personality with ability to lead

• Resourceful, with a flexible approach to challenges

• Strong business sense, able to strive and find the best solution for our clients
