Are you a recent graduate looking to launch a rewarding and lucrative career?

Reed Legal is seeking ambitious, driven and commercially minded graduates to join our specialist legal recruitment team in Edinburgh.

No recruitment experience is required. We'll provide the training, support and development needed to help you build a successful career within one of the UK's most established recruitment businesses.

You'll work with legal professionals ranging from Paralegals and Solicitors through to Partners and General Counsel, helping law firms and in-house legal teams attract top talent.

What you'll be doing:

• Building relationships with legal professionals and clients

• Sourcing and interviewing candidates

• Supporting recruitment processes from vacancy qualification through to placement

• Learning business development and client management skills

• Developing your own specialist market knowledge

• Providing consultative advice to candidates and clients

• Working towards personal and team targets

• Degree educated (or equivalent)

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Competitive, ambitious and resilient mindset

• Commercial awareness and desire to succeed

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Confidence speaking with professionals at all levels
