Iron Mountain is seeking an strategic Head of Operations, Thailand to join our SEA Operations team.
In this pivotal leadership role, you will have the opportunity to drive operational excellence, optimize supply chain methodologies, and safeguard client assets across our Thailand facilities. By fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement, your expertise will help raise the standard of our service delivery while directly enabling Iron Mountain’s growth in the region.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
Drive Operational & Financial Excellence: Analyze and modernize operational methodologies to improve system efficiency, ensure cost-effectiveness, and achieve key KPI and cost-of-sales targets.
Lead and Empower Teams: Direct, inspire, and develop the operations and facility management teams while maintaining clear, cross-departmental communication with transportation and customer service units.
Oversee Safety, Risk & Compliance: Establish and enforce comprehensive occupational health, safety, risk mitigation, and security procedures in strict alignment with company policies and local regulations.
Enhance Service Quality & Customer Value: Conduct regular client visits, oversee warehouse activities, and review contractor performance to ensure continuous productivity and alignment with ISO standards.
Execute Strategic Change & Projects: Lead major transformation initiatives—including acquisitions, facility relocations, and real estate space optimization—to maximize resource allocation and deliver on key business goals.
What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum 7 years of experience in operations management, with at least 4 years in a management role within record management, logistics, or warehousing.
Strong knowledge of safety, quality, risk management programs, and cost-containment strategies.
Proven ability in strategic thinking, complex problem-solving, project management, and leading cross-functional teams through change.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics/Warehousing Management, Manufacturing, or equivalent practical experience.
Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
Experience with Record Management Software (such as O'Neil or SKP) is preferred.
