Position Summary You will lead warehouse and inventory activities that keep our supply network reliable and efficient. You will work closely with procurement, production, quality and logistics teams. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Manage daily warehouse operations including receipt, storage, issue and dispatch of materials with safety and accuracy. - Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations and timely stock adjustments. - Own data quality in warehouse systems and SAP to ensure material availability for production and shipments. - Coordinate material transfers and supplies with procurement, production and external suppliers to meet schedules. - Monitor supplier on-time and in-full performance and support corrective actions with clear reporting. - Support audits, compliance checks and continuous improvement projects to improve warehouse performance. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Graduate in science, commerce, logistics, supply chain, business or a related discipline. - 2+ years experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics or materials management. - Practical experience with SAP or warehouse management systems. - Strong numeracy and proficiency with Excel for reporting and data checks. - Good communication skills in English and local language as required for the site. - Ability to work on-site, prioritise tasks and follow procedures consistently. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Experience in regulated manufacturing or pharmaceutical supply environments. - Knowledge of MRP processes, planning concepts and material scheduling. - Experience with cycle counting programs and inventory accuracy improvement. - Familiarity with continuous improvement methods such as 5S or Kaizen. - Experience managing supplier communications and performance metrics. - Certification in logistics, supply chain or material management.
