Senior Application & Sales Engineer, Motion Control (w/m/d)

We are looking for a **Senior Application & Sales Engineer** specialized in **Motion Control** to drive technical sales and application support across the EMEA region. This role requires a strong engineering background in motion control, servo drives, and industrial automation, combined with solid experience in sales or managing key customer projects.

## Aufgaben

• **Drive Market Development:** Actively grow the industrial linear motors market across EMEA as part of a cross-border team.
• **Customer-Facing Applications:** Visit key customers to provide hands-on technical support and guidance on direct drive and motion control solutions.
• **Sales Team Coaching:** Support and coach internal sales teams on automation technology, enabling them to address major opportunities and expand potential.
• **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with Application Engineering, Sales, Product Management, and R&D to improve tools and product offerings.
• **Solution Design:** Identify technical requirements and develop tailored application solutions aligned with our product portfolio.

## Qualifikation

• Degree in **Electrical Engineering**, **Mechatronics**, **Automation**, or a related field.
• **5+ years** of experience in **control and drive technology** and **motion control**.
• Strong knowledge of **PLC systems**, **programming environments**, and **fieldbus communication**.
• Proven experience in a comparable role (e.g., business development, sales, or product management) with solid market understanding in automation.
• Confident in both technical and commercial conversations with engineers and decision-makers.
• Experience managing technical projects from concept to implementation.
• Fluent in English (German is a strong plus; French is a bonus).
• Strong communication skills and a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel **30–40%** within EMEA.
