Responsibilities
The Regional Head of Supply Chain is responsible for setting and executing the end-to-end SC strategy across the region, ensuring optimal service, cost and working capital performance.
The role leads planning, logistics, distribution and customer service activities aligning supply chain capabilities with commercial and operational priorities to support growth and resilience.
Serves as a strong partner to the Head of Commercial and Head of Operations to balance stakeholder needs and grow the business.
Strategy and Leadership
- Define and implement the regional SC strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans
- Own end-to end SC performance (service, cost, inventory and risks)
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence and accountability
- Lead and develop a regional team of senior SC professionals
Planning and Inventory management
· Responsible for the Sales & Operations planning/Integrated business planning process
· Manage the regional S&OP / IBP Leader
· Define & track Supply Chain KPI’s
Team leadership & organizational Development
· Drive capability building and succession planning
Risk Management
· Identify and mitigate Supply Chain risks; ensure contingency planning is in place
· Ensure compliance with regulations, quality standards and company policies
Performance and Continuous improvement
· Partner with the Global BEX team to implement lean/six sigma/digital transformations
· Drive cost reduction, service improvement and working capital optimisation initiatives
Financial ownership
· Own and manage Supply Chain budget and cost performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields
- A proven track record in end-to-end Supply Chain
- Experience in a transformation, integration environment is a plus
- High level of English is required (both verbal and written), fluency in additional languages is beneficial
