IT Integration Engineer

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As an IT Integration Engineer, you will be a central figure designing, building, and maintaining critical connections between our IT systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency. Every day, you will leverage technical expertise to develop robust integration solutions, troubleshoot complex data exchange issues, and optimize platform performance. To be successful in this role, you will combine extensive experience in integration technologies, exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, and a profound commitment to data integrity.

• Designs, develops, tests, implements, and maintains solutions independently
• May be called upon to assist in major incidents or failures
• Participates in on-call rotations and Major incident resolution if required by role
• Participates in or Leads application development activities for a multiple single functional area to achieve project objectives
• Emphasis on Clinical and Revenue Cycle Management product lines and workflow
• Leads and coordinates code/peer reviews of single facility or application focused development work to insure it aligns to the business and technical requirements
• Remote eligible.

Job Requirements

Required

• Bachelors Other in Computer Science, Technology, Medical, or Business discipline or equivalent experience
• 4-5 years of relevant experience
• Experience and understanding of hospital (Clinical and/or Revenue Cycle Management) or healthcare workflows

Preferred

• Experience working with project life cycle and project management methodologies
• Experience working with HL7, HIPAA transactions sets, and EDI engines
