Main Responsibilities
- Support employee lifecycle administration to build foundational HR knowledge and operational capability by assisting HR team with onboarding, transfer, and offboarding documentation, and progressively learning to handle end-to-end processes under guidance.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS (WD and/or local) to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality by processing employee data changes, conducting routine data quality checks, and contributing to global HR data or system projects as assigned.
- Execute end-to-end recruitment coordination to deliver an efficient and positive candidate experience by independently managing interview scheduling, job posting, candidate communication, and hiring manager liaison in support of the recruiting manager.
- Coordinate learning and engagement activities to support a positive employee experience by coordinating logistics for training sessions, onboarding programs, and employee engagement events.
- Contribute to ad hoc HR projects to support the HR team's operational and strategic priorities by providing flexible project assistance as assigned, including research, data collation, process documentation, or coordination tasks.

- Supports data integrity in HRIS, underpinning reliable workforce analytics and compliance reporting.
- Builds recruitment process efficiency by independently managing coordination tasks end-to-end.
Work Relationships
Internal: HR Country Head, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and employees and managers across the Taiwan organisation. For global projects, interfaces with regional or global HR project teams as assigned.
External: Recruitment candidates, external training vendors, and HR service providers as needed.
Qualification Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR administration or a general administrative role; internship experience considered.
Competencies: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail; good written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin Chinese; ability to handle confidential information with discretion; proactive, service-minded, and team-oriented; effective time management under deadlines.
