You’ll be joining one of our clients, an exciting technology-focused organisation, and playing a key role in building their pipeline across the German market.

What you'll be doing
You’ll be at the front line of new business — identifying the right companies, finding the right people and starting conversations that matter.
Your day will include:
- Hunting for new opportunities and identifying high-potential prospects across the German market.
- Creating conversations through a multi-channel approach — telephone, email and LinkedIn.
- Engaging prospects and building relationships from the very first interaction.
- Booking high-quality meetings and creating Sales Qualified Leads for the sales team.
- Understanding prospect needs and qualifying opportunities against agreed criteria.
- Keeping the momentum high, managing a consistent volume of outbound activity while maintaining quality.
- Owning your CRM activity in Salesforce, ensuring account data, activity, qualification details and market feedback are accurate and up to date.
- Working closely with Enterprise Sales and Inside Sales to turn qualified opportunities into pipeline.
- Tracking your performance, understanding what works and continually improving your approach.
- Helping evolve the sales process, sharing market insight and ideas that can make the team even more effective.
- Hitting — and ideally smashing — your monthly qualified-lead targets.
