What You’ll Do
Set the Story in Motion:
•Be the go-to sounding board for key stakeholder, shaping strategies that deliver business results.
•Design integrated, digital-first, insight-led campaigns that amplify brand narratives.
•Bring fearless ideas to the table, challenging the status quo with creative storytelling.
Build Legends, Not just Teams:
•Mentor, coach, and inspire Account Managers and Associates to grow into their best selves.
•Build a collaborative, curious, and high-energy team culture where people feel they belong.
•Lead by focusing on strategy and impact, while empowering your team to execute with excellence.
Turn Momentum into Growth:
•Spot opportunities to expand client relationships and drive agency growth.
•Champion our ethos at client meetings, industry events, and thought-leadership forums.
•Blend data, creativity, and cultural intelligence to keep clients ahead of the curve.
Run the Show:
•Own budgets, track profitability, and scope projects with precision.

What We Expect from You:
•8–10 years’ experience in PR/communications, ideally agency-side with strong client ownership.
•Proven ability to lead integrated, digital-first campaigns across industries.
•Confident presenter and storyteller with sharp strategic thinking.
•A people-first leader-mentor, motivator, and steady hand in moments of crisis.
•Entrepreneurial spirit with an eye for growth, new opportunities, and bold ideas.
