- Financial Responsibility: Full P&L accountability for the account, including budget development, forecasting, variance management, and cost control, with attention to how capital/expense decisions affect cleanroom uptime and compliance
- Excellent Communications: Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels, able to translate technical facilities detail into clear, executive-ready updates while communicating precisely with technicians, engineers, and third-party partners on the ground
- Engineering & Technical Experience: Strong technical/engineering background, ideally with critical facilities or MEP systems exposure, enabling credible oversight of HVAC, electrical, and controls work and informed decisions on technical vendor recommendations
- Experience Managing a Highly Technical Operation: Demonstrated success leading complex, technically demanding operations—not just administratively overseeing a site, but understanding the systems, risks, and operational nuances well enough to make sound judgment calls under pressure
- Strong People Management Skills: Demonstrated success leading people responsible for managing complex, technically demanding operations—proven good hiring judgment and managing to a high-performance level
- Bachelor's degree with comprehensive business experience across multiple functions
