What you’ll do:
You’ll handle substantive trusts and estates work across estate planning, probate, and trust administration. You’ll draft estate planning documents, prepare probate filings, support trust and estate matters, communicate directly with clients and beneficiaries, conduct research, manage e-filing, and maintain accurate case records.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 2–5 years of directly related Trusts & Estates paralegal experience
• Working knowledge of state probate rules and procedures
• Working knowledge of federal estate tax regulations
• Experience preparing and electronically filing legal documents
• Strong understanding of legal terminology
• Strong Microsoft Office and legal software skills
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail
• Strong written, verbal, and client communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment

A plus:

• Paralegal certification
• Broader experience across estate planning, probate, and trust administration
• Experience communicating with beneficiaries and financial institutions
