Be pivotal in leading the design engineering of MiTek's secure authentication and authorization services. The ideal candidate will take a hands-on approach to the design process for our company's IAM solutions while serving as a thought leader in the Identity & Access Management space. They will also focus on optimizing the performance, stability, and availability of our IAM infrastructure while serving as a top-tier escalation point for all other IAM engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to ensure that relevant privileged access controls are adequately enforced across platforms and applications.
• Plan integrations with authentication services enabled by Ping Identity or Entra ID solutions.
• Maintain expert knowledge of industry standards and best practices surrounding IAM technologies and apply them to daily operations.
• Evangelize a "security by design" approach within IAM processes, promoting a secure culture across the organization.
• Serve as the subject matter expert while working with cross-functional teams to identify potential IAM challenges and implement innovative solutions.
• Actively participate in local IAM and cybersecurity working groups to stay updated on the latest trends and technologies.
• Serve as the top-tier escalation point for IAM solutions, including Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Ping Identity.
• Accountable for DR exercises and designing solutions and processes to eliminate or reduce off hours support calls.
• Other reasonable duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bằng Cử nhân chuyên ngành Khoa học máy tính, Công nghệ thông tin, ưu tiên có bằng Thạc sỹ cùng chuyên ngành.
• Có hơn 06 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc với nền tảng IAM như Ping Identity và Microsoft Entra ID, dẫn dắt quy trình thiết kế.
• Hơn 06 năm kinh nghiệm về công nghệ IAM và tiêu chuẩn ngành (ví dụ: SAML, OAuth, SCIM).
• Ưu tiên có hơn 06 năm hướng dẫn các nhóm đa chức năng và các kỹ sư IAM trong việc giải quyết vấn đề và triển khai giải pháp.
• Ưu tiên có hơn 06 năm tham gia tích cực trong các cộng đồng IAM và an ninh mạng để tác động đến các phương pháp thực hành tốt nhất.

• 6+ Years Working with IAM platforms like Ping Identity and Microsoft Entra ID to lead design processes. required
• 6+ Years Experience in IAM technologies and industry standards. required
• 6+ Years Guiding cross-functional teams and IAM engineers in problem-solving and solution implementation. preferred
• 6+ Years Active involvement in IAM and cybersecurity communities to influence best practices. preferred
• Optimizing IAM infrastructure performance, stability, and availability.
• English level (CEFR) C1 or equivalent.
• Leads requirements analysis, design, and implementation of identity management software and policies across a number of task orders and applications.
• Ensure that the organization's IAM infrastructure is protected by enabling the appropriate security controls and identifying security gaps that may exist
• Able to use Microsoft Office Applications
• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate preferred
• Certified Professional – PingOne preferred

• Equivalent combination of experience and education which clearly indicates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position may substitute on a year for year basis
• Able to use Microsoft Office Applications
