As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a critical role in enabling business growth through strategic workforce planning and best-in-class hiring delivery. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, providing market insights, talent intelligence, and recruitment expertise to support business objectives across your assigned scope. 

Reporting to the Europe Area Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment strategy and delivery, building future-ready talent pipelines, driving process excellence, and ensuring an outstanding stakeholder and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities 

Strategic Talent Acquisition & Delivery 

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across a diverse portfolio of roles, including professional, specialist, and leadership positions. 

• Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions. 

• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets. 

• Deliver hiring outcomes aligned with business priorities, quality standards, and hiring timelines. 

Stakeholder Management & Business Partnership 

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, HR Business Partners, and People Partners. 

• Challenge and influence hiring decisions through data-driven recommendations and market insights. 

• Drive structured intake meetings and ensure clarity around role requirements, expectations, and hiring plans. 

• Navigate complex stakeholder environments across multiple functions and geographies. 

Talent Market Intelligence 

• Provide external talent market insights, competitor intelligence, and hiring trends to support strategic decision-making. 

• Advise leaders on talent availability, compensation positioning, and recruitment best practices. 

• Support workforce planning discussions through market-driven recommendations. 

Process Excellence & Governance 

• Ensure recruitment processes are executed consistently, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and local regulations. 

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment effectiveness and stakeholder experience. 

• Promote best practices in assessment, selection, diversity, and inclusion. 

• Maintain high standards of recruitment governance, compliance, and operational excellence. 

Candidate & Hiring Manager Experience 

• Champion a seamless, inclusive, and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. 

• Coach and enable hiring managers to become effective talent leads. 

• Build credibility and trust through consistent communication and exceptional service delivery. 

Projects & Transformation 

• Lead and support regional and global Talent Acquisition initiatives. 

• Contribute to transformation projects, process standardization, and technology adoption. 

• Actively participate in continuous improvement activities that strengthen Talent Acquisition capabilities across the organization. 

Who We Are Looking For 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, preferably within a large international organization. 

• Strong understanding of recruitment fundamentals, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, talent pipelining, compensation principles, and local employment legislation. 

• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions at multiple organizational levels. 

• Experience operating within complex, matrixed, and multinational environments. 

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. 

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships across diverse stakeholder groups. 

• Strong facilitation, consulting, coaching, and influencing skills. 

• Experience with Workday or other leading Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). 

• High level of ownership, accountability, and ability to work autonomously while promoting collaboration and teamwork. 

• Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment. 

• Self-driven, energetic, and solutions-oriented with a strong customer-service mindset. 

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
