Room Leader
£30,000 per year | 40 Hours per Week | Good Ofsted
Housed within a beautifully converted Grade II listed building, this Good Ofsted-rated nursery has retained much of its original charm while creating spacious, welcoming environments designed specifically for young children. The result is a setting that feels warm and familiar, while still providing plenty of room for children to play, explore and develop their independence.
As Room Leader, you'll take ownership of your room and lead by example, creating an environment where children feel settled and practitioners feel supported. You'll have the freedom to bring ideas into the room, develop your team and ensure every child's individual interests and developmental needs are reflected in their daily experiences.
