POSITION: Enterprise Project Manager

PRIMARY FUNCTION: To lead a diverse portfolio of enterprise projects, ensuring successful delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives that align with organizational strategy, member needs, operational priorities, and risk expectations. Responsible for leading multiple high-priority projects across the Credit Union from discovery and business case development through implementation, adoption, and post-implementation review. Accountable for project plans, scope, timelines, budgets, resource coordination, risks, dependencies, decisions, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle. Will help establish consistent project management standards and practices as the project management function grows.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 5 to 8 years of finance of similar or related project-management experience.
• Demonstrates success leading multiple concurrent, complex, cross-functional projects with executive sponsorship, competing priorities, vendor involvement, and organizational change. 
• Strong planning and a high level of communication abilities. 
• Proficiency in risk management and decision-making. 
• Stakeholder-management competencies. 
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience and/or an industry-recognized project-management certification.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION: (1) A bachelor's degree, or (2) achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree (e.g., information technology certifications in lieu of a degree).

SALARY: Based on Experience.

STARTING DATE: As soon as possible. 

WORK LOCATION: Old Mill 

PROPOSED SCHEDULE: This is an exempt position. Typical schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Physical Requirements

Speaking on the telephone approximately 20% percent of workday. May need to shovel snow occasionally outside the office to clear sidewalks, etc.

Continuous sitting, standing, talking, and listening for extended periods of time, use of hands in repetitive tasks such as typing and writing, speaking, and hearing for interaction with members and coworkers, clarity of vision at 20 inches or less for processing of member transactions and computer usage, and memory demands in recalling Credit Union policies, services, and state and federal regulations.

Occasional lifting up to 35 pounds to move supplies or office equipment, bending, squatting, or kneeling to reach supplies on ground level, reaching above shoulder level to reach supplies overhead.

Work Environment 

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Employees work in an office environment with average noise levels impacted by computers, printers, scanners, phones, and other surrounding conversations. The credit union is located in Central Oregon and weather during the winter may impact travel. Seasonal fires may impact air quality.
