Hybrid: 1 day and week every 4th Friday
Office Location: 81 Bay Street
Work Schedule (hours per week, start time): 9-5/ 37.5 hours
Potential for OT? No

What does the LOB do: The HR Technology Team supports HR operations by delivering and maintaining enterprise-scale HR technology solutions. The team focuses on data integrations, ETL processing, SaaS application integrations, and ongoing modernization of HR data platforms (including migrations to Azure Databricks) to enhance HR business processes and user experience.
Selling points of the positions:

Job Description:
The Intermediate Data Analyst will support the HR Technology Team by designing, developing, and maintaining Azure Databricks–based ETL solutions. The role involves supporting complex HR technology projects, integrating data across multiple back-end systems and SaaS platforms, and contributing to the modernization of existing data workflows. The contractor will work closely with internal stakeholders and technical teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and efficient HR data solutions.
Must Have Requirement:
- 3-5 Years Data Analytics / Developer
- 3 years Azure Data Bricks
- Experience working with Azure-based data platforms
Nice to Have:
Experience with ServiceNow/ Jira
Informatica (Not deciding factor)
AutoSys
Feedhub integration
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Clear communication and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Adaptability in a fast-paced, enterprise environment
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
