PPC Specialist

We’re looking for a courageous, humble, and results-driven PPC Specialist to join our fast-growing performance marketing team. If you live and breathe Google Ads, obsess over paid search trends, and possess the analytical firepower to help us dominate page one in competitive markets, this role is for you.

You will take ownership of cross-platform paid search campaigns, optimize high-volume budgets, and drive sustainable growth across both desktop and mobile apps in the US and North American regions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, launch, and manage scalable PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Apple Search Ads (ASA), Google Universal App Campaigns (UAC).
• Monitor daily performance, execute bid strategies, manage budgets efficiently, and continuously optimize for maximum ROI/ROAS and lower CPA.
• Oversee user acquisition campaigns for mobile apps across iOS and Android, focusing on high-LTV player retention.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research, identify high-intent search queries, and build precise audience targeting segments.
• Craft compelling, high-converting ad copy and collaborate with design teams to test new ad formats and landing pages.
• Work closely with CRM, Business Intelligence (BI), Product, and Web Development teams to ensure end-to-end campaign tracking and seamless user journeys.
• Track core performance metrics, build actionable dashboards, and deliver clear, data-backed reports and insights to stakeholders.
• Monitor traffic quality and implement proactive measures to detect and mitigate click fraud risks.
• Test new paid acquisition channels, leverage automated bidding and AI tools, and keep Soft2Bet ahead of global SEM trends.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on paid search/PPC experience specifically within the iGaming, Online Casino, or Sports Betting industry.
• Proven track record of running successful PPC campaigns targeting North American markets (US and/or Canada).
• Deep hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Apple Search Ads (ASA). Experience with Meta Ads or other display/native networks is a plus.
• Strong analytical background using Google Analytics (GA4), Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms.
• High proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas, data manipulation, and performance modeling).
• Demonstrated ability to write engaging, compliant copy tailored to iGaming regulatory environments.
• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken). Proficiency in a second language is a strong asset.
• Proactive, highly self-motivated, data-obsessed, and resilient in high-velocity, competitive environments.

• Familiarity with third-party tracking, attribution tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust), and keyword research software (Ahrefs, SEMrush, SpyFu).
