  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, end-user devices, Microsoft Windows desktop and laptop environments, and Windows networking concepts.
  • Proficiency in supporting Microsoft technologies and business applications, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify root causes, assess risks, and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities, with experience managing multiple tasks, projects, and competing deadlines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with technical teams, business stakeholders, and end users at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating initiative, accountability, adaptability, and a commitment to service excellence.
