Near Nashville, TN | $26.25-$31.25/hr, including Night Shift Premium, plus Weekly Overtime

Moeller Precision Tool is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for our night shift team. Earn $26.25-$31.25/hr, including the Night Shift Premium, plus weekly overtime opportunities while working in a clean, climate-controlled precision machining environment. You'll work with CNC lathes, mills, EDM equipment, and manual machines producing high-quality tooling components for global industries.

Pay & Benefits

• Starting at $26.25-$31.25/hr (includes $2.25/hr Night Shift Premium)
• Overtime paid at 1.5× after 40 hours

What You’ll Do

• Perform proper setups and calibrations
• Set tolerance levels and speeds
• Execute precision machining of tool steel components
• Read blueprints and machine to tight tolerances
• Inspect parts to meet quality standards
• Work with CNC and manual machines

What You Need

• 2+ years of CNC and/or manual machining experience
• Experience operating CNC lathes, CNC mills, EDM equipment, or manual machining equipment is preferred
• Experience working with tool steel strongly preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring equipment (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience with Mazak, Fanuc, or similar CNC equipment is a plus

Night Shift Schedule

• Training on Day Shift, transition to nights
• 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (Mon–Fri)
• 45–50 hours/week (OT Required)
