18-Month Fixed-Term Contract
As a Recruiting & Operations Coordinator at Micron Technology, you support end-to-end talent acquisition activities while contributing to operational and administrative processes that ensure an efficient and positive candidate and employee experience. Acting as a key coordinator between candidates, hiring managers, and internal collaborators, you help drive recruitment success. This covers the German and Southern European markets and the broader EMEA region in an 18-month fixed-term role.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and offer support.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a flawless and efficient hiring process.
- Support talent acquisition initiatives focused on attracting top talent across technical and business functions.
- Handle candidate communications and provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within applicant tracking systems and internal databases.
- Assist with onboarding activities and support new hires during their transition into the organization.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team, including reporting, process coordination, and compliance-related activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- demonstrated ability in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Coordination, Office Administration, Operations Coordination, or a similar role.
- Experience driving / supporting recruitment processes, administrative operations, and collaborator coordination in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR systems, and ideally experience using AI tools.
- Excellent communication and social skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Italian at an advanced level and English proficiency, both written and spoken (German knowledge is encouraged).
- Experience working in an international or technology-focused environment is also a plus.
The base salary range that Micron estimates it could pay in for this position full-time is:
€47,000.00 - €79,000.00 per year.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base pay for new hire salaries of the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the position.
