Job Description

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driving Role in Greenfield, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading technology location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused business location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, offices, common areas, parking areas, access points, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report access control concerns or suspicious activity to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and complete required incident reports.
• Maintain a professional presence while supporting a welcoming environment for personnel and guests, communicating clearly with site contacts, first responders, and Allied Universal leadership as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
