The Channel Marketing Manager will be responsible for partnering cross functionally to develop key business strategies and drive Omni-channel execution for revenue generating activities for the Fisher Healthcare business. In this role you will collaborate with the Data Science, Digital & Portfolio Marketing teams to identify attractive customer segments and build key strategies based on each customer’s purchasing journey.
You will be accountable for identifying, defining, and implementing all Omni-channel activities including email, digital, paid search, and social tactics, which will require a strong experience in content, campaign creation and marketing platforms across email, social and on-site tactics. You will also own Omni-channel strategy optimization using commercial feedback, voice of customer insights, analytics and platforms such as Criteo to drive improvements across activities.
To be effective you will need to have excellent critical thinking skills, data driven decision making, and have a passion for improvement. The Channel Marketing Manager will also play a key role in forecasting and maintaining marketing spend and driving performance reporting across channels. A strong candidate will also exhibit a positive demeanor, exceptional communication skills and be able to work independently to achieve results.
What Will You Do?
- Partner with Data Science, Digital & Portfolio Marketing teams to build key strategies across customer groups. (Suppliers, GPOs, IDNs, etc.)
- Understand funnel generation activities and partner with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans for revenue attainment.
- Identify key Omni-channel activities based on the customer segmentation and implement tactics across the sales funnel.
- Ability to understand the downstream lead transfer process to ensure timely transfer of leads into Saleforce.com, ideally through an automated process.
- Lead and collaborate with functional partners across the company and externally to create needs-based value propositions, messaging, targeted personas and content generation
- Drive the development and use of data centric segmentation and targeting capabilities that drive improvements in channel effectiveness
- Lead audience activation for all Omni-channel tactics including but not limited to (tradeshows, paid search, on-site merchandising, email, webinars, social, etc.)
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans across multiple channels, driving execution across channels such as tradeshows, customer presentations, paid search, website optimization, on-site merchandising, webinar and social media activities.
- Continuously assess the performance of Omni-channel activities in order to find opportunities to improve process efficiency, quality, customer satisfaction, and/or capability advancement.
- Define critical metrics and measures performance across channels to assess whether they are delivering on expectations and key performance indicators such as quality, cost, and speed of delivery.
- Lead Omni-channel strategy optimization using commercial feedback, voice of customer insights, analytics and platforms such as Criteo to drive improvements across activities.
- A track record of delivering sophisticated projects that have measurable results.
- Identify innovation and drives next generation implementations across the Fisher Healthcare business, focusing on automation initiatives such as generative AI.
- Partner in the creation and coordination of new wire frame templates and creative elements for email and generative digital messaging tactics
- Plan, implement, and analyze test campaigns.
- Lead financial/budget planning and forecasting and determine budget requirements drive enablement activities.
- Build and optimize regularly scheduled, ad hoc, and automated Email and Push campaigns.
- Use data and customer analytics to constantly improve customer engagement across all Omni-channel activities using Data Science and retargeting applications
How Will You Get Here?
- 7+ years of marketing, agency or B2B/B2C marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree required. MBA or post graduate degree equivalent a plus.
- Experience in life science, medical devices and healthcare preferred

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $103,100.00–$154,700.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
