Responsible for driving digital sales growth, digital partnerships, and customer acquisition by leveraging digital channels, ecosystems, and technology-enabled distribution. The role owns the end-to-end digital commerce strategy, from partnership development and campaign execution to platform optimization and commercial performance managementKey Responsibilities
Digital Partnerships & Ecosystems
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with platforms such as Traveloka, GoTo, DANA, banks, brokers, and other digital ecosystems.
- Identify new embedded insurance opportunities and commercial partnerships.
Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) & Digital Sales
- Drive customer acquisition, APE, VNB, and digital sales targets across direct digital channels.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, conversion funnels, and sales performance.
Digital Platform & Customer Experience
- Oversee the development and optimization of digital assets, customer journeys, and platform capabilities to improve conversion and customer experience.
Performance & Commercial Management
- Monitor campaign effectiveness, digital channel profitability, partner performance, and budget utilization.
- Use analytics to optimize traffic, conversion, and sales productivity.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Coordinate across Marketing, Product, Technology, Operations, Distribution, and Corporate Strategy to launch and scale digital initiatives.
- Lead a team covering digital partnerships, direct marketing, digital campaigns, and digitally assisted sales.
