Pay: $22/hr
Location: Houston, TX 77012
Schedule: Morning, Full-Time, 50 hours/week
Monday: 7:30AM - 5:30PM, Tuesday: 7:30AM - 5:30PM, Wednesday: 7:30AM - 5:30PM, Thursday: 7:30AM - 5:30PM, Friday: 7:30AM - 5:30PM

The Transit Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a professional security presence and protecting people and property through observation, patrol, emergency response, access control, and accurate reporting.

Primary Responsibilities
- Patrol facilities.
- Maintain assigned posts.
- Observe and document unusual or suspicious activity.
- Respond to alarms and emergency calls.
- Assist individuals requiring medical attention.
- Notify appropriate emergency personnel.
- Monitor visitor access.
- Report hazards and equipment issues.
- Address unauthorized entry within established authority.
- Follow facility emergency plans.
- Complete required reports.
- Comply with General and Post Orders.
- 21 years of age or older.
- Active Level 3 guard certification.
- Guard license in hand.
- Baton and OC certifications.
- Valid driver's license.
- Clean driving record covering the previous three years.
- Basic technical/computer proficiency.
- Ability to pass PRT.
- Required education/experience combination.
