Job Description
- Develop PM schedules and ensure proper execution and compliance according to plan.
- Perform repairs based on Preventive Maintenance findings and handle urgent maintenance issues.
- Ensure accurate metering logs for water, electricity, and PV system; oversee maintenance for outdoor lighting, plumbing installations, STP (Sewage Treatment Plant), and grounding systems.
- Facilitate and supply temporary power and water requirements for supporting projects.
- Conduct periodic performance evaluations for MEP vendors.
- Process, monitor, and manage the MEP maintenance budget.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports or ad-hoc reports to management as required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.
- In-depth understanding of building electrical systems (Data Center experience is preferred).
- Strong knowledge of building HVAC / cooling systems.
- Sound knowledge of building fire protection systems.
- Proficient in reading MEP technical drawings, particularly Electrical Single Line Diagrams (SLD).
- Proven leadership capabilities and organizational experience.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
