Your mission
At the Euroleague Basketball Communications Area, we’re looking for a person who likes to work with people, enjoys relations with different personalities and profiles and has a sense of responsibility in what she/he does.
You’ll fit in if you aim to do things with commitment, learn from others and are able to work in coordination with the rest of the team.
What You will do:
- Produce daily media monitoring and press clippings covering Continental Europe, the UAE, and selected global media outlets.
- Create and distribute media kits to a network of more than 3,000 media outlets.
- Support senior management in maintaining relationships with media partners, including data tracking, credential applications, and ticket request coordination.
- Assist with the management and maintenance of the photo archive.
- Review the communications sections of delegates' reports to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Coordinate team requests related to pre-season Media Day activities.
- Track and follow up on pre–Final Four Media Day content deliveries.
- Provide editorial and production support for the Final Four magazine.
- Coordinate broadcast production for the EuroCup and Adidas Next Generation Tournament in collaboration with broadcast partners.
- Coordinate the weekly television schedule across all broadcast partners.
- Monitor international and customized broadcast feeds to ensure quality and delivery.
- Coordinate audiovisual archive requests from internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage television logistics for Euroleague Basketball competitions, ensuring operational readiness and seamless execution.
- Provide ongoing feedback to the Television Manager to enhance and optimize existing methodologies, tools, and operational processes.
Your profile
- Advanced level of English language is compulsory.
- Effective administrative skills
- Proactive self-starter, team player and strong communicator with a keen interest to progress within the sport business industry.
- Holds EU nationality and / or a valid residency / work permit for Spain.
- Demonstration of strong coordination and delivery culture.
- Strong ability to work on multi-project dimensions in a high-pressure working environment.
- Technical knowledge of the IT/telecom/broadcasting industry.
- Clearly proven ability to work well with people at all levels within a multi-cultural environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
- Effective organizational skills.
- Experience working collaboratively with geographically distributed and international teams.
- A tenacious, hard worker.
