Job Title: Supply Chain & Logistics Graduate
Location: Carrolls Cross, Co. Waterford
Contract type: Full time, permanent

As a Supply Chain & Logistics Graduate, you will support the day-to-day coordination of transport and logistics activities while developing a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations. You will gain exposure to transport scheduling, customer order fulfilment, stock movement, supply chain analysis, and continuous improvement projects.
This position is ideal for a graduate looking to build a career within logistics, transport operations, or supply chain management.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Support the Transport and Logistics team with daily planning and scheduling activities.
- Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound deliveries to ensure customer service requirements are achieved.
- Monitor transport performance and identify opportunities to improve service, efficiency, and cost control.
- Liaise with hauliers, drivers, production teams, and external customers to ensure smooth product movement.
- Support customer order fulfilment and ensure delivery schedules align with production plans.
- Analyse logistics and transport data, producing reports and KPIs for management review.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving logistics efficiency and customer service.
- Ensure all activities comply with food safety, quality, traceability, and health & safety requirements.
Qualifications
Candidates should have the following skills and qualifications:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Food Business, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organisational and planning abilities.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
