Summary:
As a Program or Project Management Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires defining the scope of projects and continuously monitoring the progress of deliverables to maintain quality and timeliness. The position involves active communication with various stakeholders to manage expectations, address challenges, and ensure successful outcomes. The role demands a proactive approach to coordinating efforts across different teams and adapting plans as necessary to meet evolving business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of program or project activities to ensure milestones are met effectively.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication among stakeholders to align project goals and resolve conflicts.
- Monitor risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
- Support the development and growth of junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Program Management.
- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management and methodologies.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in risk assessment and mitigation planning.
- Capability to analyze project performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Agile Program Management.
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
