We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis to join our Finance team at our Bundall Corporate Office. Reporting to the Director, Financial Planning & Analysis, you'll partner with senior leaders across the business to deliver commercial insights, drive financial performance and influence strategic decision-making. How You'll Shine

As the Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis, you will play a key role in partnering with stakeholders across the business to deliver meaningful financial insights and support commercial decision-making. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing strategic financial guidance and analytical support to Marketing and key business stakeholders.
• Leading the weekly and monthly forecasting process, along with the annual budgeting cycle.
• Developing financial models to support business performance and strategic initiatives.
• Producing insightful KPI reporting, dashboards and performance analysis.
• Preparing month-end accruals, journals and supporting financial reporting activities.
• Creating and maintaining business intelligence dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Identifying opportunities to improve reporting, business processes and information flows.
• Supporting project work, feasibility studies and commercial initiatives.
• Building strong relationships across Finance and operational teams to drive business performance.

What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA or CA qualification (or working towards) highly regarded.
• Five or more years' experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Business Analysis, Management Accounting or a similar commercial finance role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel modelling skills.
• Experience using business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with excellent attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to partner across all levels of the organisation.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines.
• Previous mentoring or leadership experience will be highly regarded.
