Overview

• Design and deliver a variety of digital assets, including eCRM materials, websites, banners, interactive PDFs, sales presentations, Amazon A+, A++, Brand Stores, landing pages, and other eCommerce content.
• Take ownership of projects from brief to final delivery.
• Work closely with team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements and create effective design solutions.
• Create, adapt, and localise assets for different brands, retailers, and markets while following brand guidelines and platform requirements.
• Use advanced Figma features, including components, variants, auto layout, design systems, templates, prototyping, and developer handoff.
• Ensure all work meets quality, accessibility (WCAG/EAA), and retailer standards.
• Review deliverables and help maintain a high level of quality across projects.
• Support and mentor junior designers by sharing knowledge and providing feedback.
• Lead internal project discussions and present design solutions to stakeholders when needed.
• Identify production challenges and suggest improvements to workflows and processes.
• Manage multiple projects at the same time while meeting deadlines and keeping files and documentation organised.
• Stay up to date with design trends, AI tools, accessibility standards, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, eCommerce Graphic Designer, or in a similar role, supported by a strong portfolio.
• Proven experience creating assets for Amazon and other e-retail platforms.
• Experience working with global brands and international teams.
• Advanced knowledge of Figma, including design systems, components, variants, auto layout, prototyping, and templates.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, inDesign, Acrobat Pro, and Firefly.
• Experience in photo editing, retouching, masking, colour correction, and preparing final production files.
• Proficiency in leading AI-driven design tools, with the ability to craft effective prompts and leverage generative AI to enhance creativity, efficiency, and design quality (e.g. Firefly, Google Veo, Google Imagen, Copilot) 
• Familiarity with visual analysis and optimisation tools such as Feng-Gui, Vizit, Samureye, or similar.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour, composition, visual hierarchy, accessibility, and digital design best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain design decisions, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor less experienced designers.
• Fluent English (C1 level or higher), both written and spoken.
