Description
Our client is looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to manage and grow their digital marketing presence. This role requires someone who is creative, organised, and confident managing marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Monitor website and campaign performance using Google Analytics.
- Manage the company's social media platforms and create engaging content.
- Plan and execute EDM and email marketing campaigns.
- Update and maintain the company website using WordPress.
- Create marketing materials and graphics for digital platforms.
- Manage and update content across the website, social media, and other marketing channels.
- Track campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Experience supporting Australian businesses or clients.
- Strong experience with Google Analytics.
- Strong experience managing Meta advertising campaigns.
- Experience with social media management and content creation.
- Experience creating and managing EDM/email marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency with WordPress.
- Graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple marketing activities and meet deadlines.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the NDIS or healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of SEO or marketing automation tools.
