This on-site role involves working directly at job sites to oversee project execution, manage timelines, and ensure the highest quality and safety standards are met. This on-site role involves working directly at job sites to oversee project execution, manage timelines, and ensure the highest quality and safety standards are met. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the transportation and organization of materials and equipment to job sites.
- Operate and oversee the use of tools and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and safe handling.
- Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed, conducting regular inspections to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Oversee and track job progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Collaborate with team members and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Take proactive ownership of tasks, working independently when required.
- Foster strong client relationships by addressing their needs and providing clear, consistent project updates.
Qualifications:
- Comfortable working on-site, outdoors, and in a variety of weather conditions.
- 2+ years of construction experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and implement effective solutions on-site.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Comfortable with the physical demands of the role, including lifting, bending, and working on your feet for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 75-100 lbs continuously in all-weather environments.
- Availability for a 50+ hour work week, primarily Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays.
- Punctual with consistent attendance and a valid driver’s license required.
