Working directly out of our modern Umhlanga facility, you will act as the principal customer contact for online shoppers, resolving inquiries concerning order delivery updates, return procedures, digital payment options, and general product details. Key Accountabilities

• Multichannel Assistance: Manage incoming customer requests over phone, real-time live chat, and email communications using fluent German and business English.
• Order Troubleshooting: Trace missing shipments, investigate transit delays, and issue streamlined product return approvals for shoppers.
• Issue Resolution: De-escalate client concerns with diplomacy, empathy, and composure to secure satisfactory outcomes for every user.
• Policy Knowledge: Stay current on all online product lines, warranty details, and general retail policies to deliver accurate customer guidance.
• Database Management: Input comprehensive case details, status updates, and customer notes into our centralized CRM tracking system.
• Performance Standards: Consistently hit targeted quality metrics, emphasizing high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) ratings and first-contact resolution standards.

Qualifications & Competencies

Essential Criteria:

• Language Capabilities: Fluent command or a minimum B2 operational level in written and spoken German, complemented by strong professional English abilities.
• Education: Grade 12 / Matric certificate or a recognized equivalent academic qualification.
• Shift Adaptability: Complete flexibility to cover rotating 24/7 schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and public holiday hours.
• Technical Aptitude: Strong digital dexterity with the capability to navigate multiple software applications and CRM systems simultaneously.
• Work Arrangement: Willingness to work fully on-site at our Umhlanga, Durban office.

Experience & Mindset:

• Prior contact center or retail customer care background is an advantage (full paid onboarding provided); exceptional empathy, patience, and analytical problem-solving capabilities are required.
