Role Overview & Strategic Objectives
We are seeking a driven German-speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager to manage a growing portfolio of corporate accounts. In this role, you will act as a strategic marketing consultant responsible for integrating new accounts, optimizing paid search ROI, and minimizing client churn. Working within a fast-paced digital ecosystem, you will consult directly with corporate executives to align digital marketing campaigns with overall client business goals.
Core Responsibilities
- Client Integration & Setup: Lead the complete onboarding process for newly acquired clients, overseeing initial strategy, campaign setup, and launch.
- Outbound Consultation & Upselling: Conduct frequent phone discussions to educate clients, expand account value, and unlock new growth avenues.
- Strategy & Performance Alignment: Evaluate distinct client targets to develop customized, long-term pay-per-click strategies.
- CRM Records Management: Consistently record interaction histories and profile updates within internal CRM software.
- Analytics & Optimization: Analyze campaign data regularly to deliver actionable optimization tips and detailed performance reviews.
- Full-Funnel Guidance: Consult accounts on linking paid search strategies to broader conversion funnels, including landing page tweaks, audience targeting, and creative testing.
- Market Feedback & Reporting: Synthesize regional trends and customer input to inform internal marketing and software development teams.

- Language Skills: Fluent (C1/C2 level) in German, alongside professional English proficiency.
