Position: Production Planning Specialist

Tasks:
- Technical and organizational work planning for defined orders, work center groups, and production areas.
- Creation, maintenance, and updating of work instructions (WIs), organizational instructions (OIs), and manufacturing and inspection instructions (MIIs), as well as coordination of necessary changes with the relevant functional roles.
- Assisting with the maintenance of production-related SAP master data.
- Ordering and managing technical materials, auxiliary materials, and operating resources, as well as supporting the availability of tools and production-related consumables.
- Assisting in the design of workstation layouts, material provisioning, and ergonomic and organizational improvements.
- Preparing for production from a technical perspective by compiling and maintaining the necessary records, documents, and work-related information.
- Reviewing requests for changes to work instructions and forwarding them for technical approval.
- Contributing to standardization, document maintenance, and the provision of up-to-date production-related information.
- Responsible for the timely preparation of orders and material provision within the defined area of responsibility.
- Jointly responsible for the practical implementation of work instructions and technical documentation in day-to-day production.
Requirements:
- Completed technical or business training related to production or work planning.
- Professional experience in production planning, work planning, production control, or a comparable field.
- Proficiency with SAP systems and MS Office.
- Fluent spoken German
- A structured, meticulous, and independent work style.
- High level of reliability and accuracy in documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for cross-functional collaboration.
- A pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to work.
- Willingness to actively help shape processes and consistently adhere to standards.
