In this position...
The I-ERP Program is seeking an experienced and highly organized PMO Manager to lead program governance, drive cross-functional alignment, and oversee the tools and processes that keep our enterprise resource planning transformation on track. This role sits at the intersection of program governance, tooling strategy, and delivery discipline — requiring someone who can facilitate executive-level conversations one moment and dive into Jira workflow configuration the next.
This position may be performed on a hybrid basis or fully remote. Remote employees should expect approximately 20% travel to support in-person governance sessions, team collaboration, and program events.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and facilitator who thrives on structure, brings order to complexity, and proactively surfaces risks and dependencies before they become problems.
What you'll do...
Program & Cross-Program Governance
- Own the design, content development, and facilitation of Global L2 governance meetings, ensuring agendas, materials, and follow-ups drive decision-making and accountability.
- Coordinate and facilitate Combined L2 meetings with partner/adjacent programs to align priorities, timelines, and shared risks.
- Plan and lead Regional L2 meetings aligned to release plans, tailoring content to regional priorities while maintaining global consistency.
- Develop clear, executive-ready governance materials (status decks, dashboards, scorecards) that synthesize complex program information into actionable insights.
PMO Tools & Team Leadership
- Lead a team responsible for the design, configuration, and ongoing administration of core project management tools, including Jira and Confluence.
- Establish standards, templates, and workflows within these tools to ensure consistency and scalability across the program.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in tooling and reporting capabilities.
Program Metrics & Performance Management
- Define, track, and manage program-level metrics and KPIs to provide visibility into progress, quality, and delivery health.
- Partner with PDO (Program/Product Delivery Organization) teams to ensure metrics are accurate, consistently defined, and updated on a timely basis.
- Establish governance around metric reporting cadences, data quality checks, and escalation of discrepancies.
- Analyze trends in program metrics to proactively identify areas of concern and communicate insights to leadership.
Forecasting & Recovery Planning
- Develop forecasts of program and release performance based on current metrics and trends.
- Where performance gaps or delays are identified, lead the development of recovery plans in partnership with release management, PDO teams, and workstream leads.
- Track recovery plan execution to ensure corrective actions are implemented and effective, adjusting forecasts as needed.
Delivery & Process Management Support
- Partner closely with Release Management Managers to support and strengthen the overall system of delivery and project management processes.
- Drive rigor around CRAID management (Change Requests, Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Key Decisions), ensuring timely logging, tracking, escalation, and resolution.
- Ensure consistent adoption of PMO standards and processes across workstreams and releases.
Cross-Program Dependency Management
- Proactively identify, document, and track cross-program dependencies across the I-ERP program and adjacent initiatives.
- Provide thought leadership in resolving dependency conflicts, working with program leads to sequence work and mitigate schedule risk.
- Build and maintain a dependency management framework that scales with program growth and complexity.
You'll have...
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of experience in program/project management or PMO leadership roles, ideally within large-scale ERP or enterprise transformation programs.
- Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating executive-level governance forums (e.g., L2/L3 steering meetings).
- Hands-on experience administering Jira and Confluence at scale (workflows, permissions, reporting, dashboards).
- Strong understanding of program delivery frameworks and CRAID/RAID management practices.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical/operational detail into clear executive narratives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of proactively identifying and resolving cross-functional dependencies.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% if working in a remote capacity.
Even better, you may have...
- PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or similar program/project management certification.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other major ERP platforms.
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization with multiple regional stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Jira Align or similar enterprise agile planning tools.
