You'll work across some of Pax8's most exciting and business-critical initiatives, helping bring structure, momentum and measurable outcomes to projects that directly influence partner success. From supporting new market expansion and partner transformation programmes to enhancing educational experiences and operational excellence, you'll help turn ambitious ideas into reality.

📋 What You'll Be Responsible For

You'll be trusted to lead programmes from concept through delivery, ensuring teams stay aligned, risks are proactively managed and outcomes are achieved.

Key areas of focus include:

• Leading strategic projects across the Partner Experience function
• Building and maintaining programme roadmaps aligned to business priorities
• Establishing governance frameworks, reporting structures and stakeholder communications
• Coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes on time and within scope
• Facilitating planning workshops, steering committees and programme reviews
• Tracking milestones, dependencies, budgets, risks and delivery performance
• Supporting large-scale learning, enablement and educational initiatives
• Driving operational improvements that increase efficiency and programme scalability
• Partnering with Marketing, Sales, Content and Partner Experience teams on growth initiatives
• Supporting change management activities that encourage adoption and engagement
• Creating clear executive reporting, insights and recommendations
• Maintaining accurate project documentation, decisions, actions and outcomes

• Extensive experience leading projects and programmes from initiation to completion
• Strong project governance, planning and delivery expertise
• Proven ability to develop business cases, project frameworks and success measures
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Experience working across multiple teams and competing priorities
• Demonstrated success managing risks, dependencies and complex deliverables
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders and leadership teams
• Experience delivering projects within technology, SaaS, distribution, enablement or partner-focused environments
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Experience using project and collaboration platforms such as Monday.com, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project or similar tools
• The ability to navigate ambiguity, identify gaps and create practical solutions
