Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in SAP HCM PY, ideally German Payroll, to join our team.
You will work closely with business stakeholders and HR teams to support, enhance, and optimize payroll processes and SAP HCM solutions in an international environment.
The role offers the opportunity to work on payroll transformation initiatives, system improvements, integrations, and ongoing support activities across global projects.
Configure and maintain SAP HCM Payroll solutions, with a focus on German Payroll where applicable.
Analyze business requirements and propose effective payroll and HR solutions.
Participate in workshops, solution design, testing, deployment, and support activities.
Investigate and resolve payroll-related issues and system defects.
Collaborate with HR, payroll, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Support system enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Create and maintain functional documentation and knowledge transfer materials.

4-6 years of experience in SAP HCM.
Hands-on experience with SAP HCM Payroll (PY).
Experience with payroll configuration, testing, and support activities.
Strong understanding of payroll processes and HR data.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with business stakeholders.
English proficiency required.
German B2+ is a strong advantage.
