Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $60,000 - $150,000

Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.

- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with the best solutions.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the insurance industry preferred.
- Skills: Strong sales acumen, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with EPIC software is a plus.
