Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of clients within your designated territory and industry focus.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

- Collaborate with local offices and recruiters to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on commercial lines, employee benefits, or industry-specific markets.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales producer role, with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the Gulf Region market, including Texas, Florida, Alabama, and Mississippi.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal training or supervision.
- A proven track record of consistent job tenure in previous roles is required.
