Commercial Lines Producer
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and dynamic Commercial Lines Producer to join a growing team. This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for sales and a drive to build strong client relationships. Compensation Package
- Base Salary: Up to $55,000 (ideally under $45,000)
- Commissions: 40% on new business, 30% on renewals
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, networking, and emailing, to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries, including construction, IT, and automotive.
- Develop tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Quote and write new business policies, as well as manage renewals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Travel to meet with clients as required.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years preferred, but junior candidates with a strong sales drive and the right personality will be considered.
- Skills: Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with EPIC software is a plus.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to contribute to a growing organization.
