Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Insurance Producer to join a growing team. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong background in property and casualty insurance sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, generating new business, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $65,000 - $95,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
• Commission Structure:
  • 40% commission on revenue up to $100,000
  • 50% commission on revenue between $100,000 and $125,000
  • 60% commission on revenue exceeding $125,000

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of property and casualty insurance accounts with a focus on accounts generating $15,000+ in revenue.
• Conduct referral calls, cold calling, and networking to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Attend business and chamber meetings to build relationships and promote services.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
• Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and ensure seamless client service.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License (required).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance sales.
• Proven track record of successfully generating and closing new business.
• Proficiency in EPIC software or similar platforms (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Flexibility to attend in-person meetings and team events as needed.
